WN7 FEST 2027 takes place across two days:

• Day 1: Country Music Day — Friday 11 June 2027
• Day 2: Family Festival — Saturday 12 June 2027

Leigh Miners Welfare, Kirby Road (off Twist Lane), Leigh, WN7 4EF.

• Friday (Country Music Day): Gates open 3:30pm, event finishes 11:00pm
• Saturday (Family Festival): Gates open 11:30am, event finishes 11:00pm

Parking packages will be released at a later date. Keep an eye on our socials for announcements. There is also various public parking available in and around Leigh Sports Village.

Absolutely! WN7 FEST is a family festival. Saturday's Family Festival day is packed with entertainment for all ages, including our Kids Zone and family fun attractions. Under-14 tickets are available at a reduced price, and children under a certain age can attend for free (check ticket tiers for details).

We offer per-day tickets and Weekend Passes. Per-day tickets are available for both Friday (Country Music Day) and Saturday (Family Festival). Each day has the following tiers:

• U14, 14–18, Adult, and Family (2 adults + 2 children)
• VIP versions of all the above

Early bird pricing is currently live with limited availability. General sale tickets will be released when early bird sells out.

The Weekend Pass gives you entry to both days — Friday's Country Music Day and Saturday's Family Festival. Available in the same tiers (U14, 14–18, Adult, Family, and VIP versions). One ticket, both days.

All ticket sales are final — no refunds will be issued. Tickets are exempt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(h)). A full refund will only be offered if the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Yes! VIP tickets are available for both individual days and the Weekend Pass. VIP gives you access to the exclusive VIP bar and VIP toilet facilities.

A booking fee of 2.5% + 30p is applied to all online ticket purchases. This covers payment processing costs. Booking fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

There will be a fantastic range of street food vendors on site. The full vendor lineup is still being confirmed — follow us on Instagram (@wn7fest) and Facebook for announcements. Expect everything from burgers and pizza to sweet treats and more.

You can bring your own food into the festival. However, outside liquids and drinks are not permitted — there will be bars and drink vendors on site.

Yes. We'll have vendors catering to various dietary requirements. The full details will be announced closer to the event.

Yes. Leigh Miners Welfare is fully wheelchair accessible.

Yes, accessible toilet facilities are available on site.

We have trained stewards and emergency services on site throughout the festival. In an emergency, find the nearest steward or member of security who will be able to assist or contact the appropriate services.

Yes. Professional security and stewards will be present throughout both days of the festival for the safety of all attendees.

The following items are not permitted on site:

• Outside liquids and drinks (including alcohol)
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Weapons or anything that could be used as a weapon
• Any item deemed dangerous by security at the gate

Anyone found with prohibited items may be refused entry or removed from the event.

Yes. There are regular bus services into Leigh town centre, and taxis are available locally.

Parking packages for the festival will be released at a later date. In the meantime, there is various public parking available in and around Leigh Sports Village.
