Competition Terms

1.The promoter

The promoter is WN7 FESTIVAL LTD, 1 Platt Fold Street, Leigh, WN7 1JH.

2.Who can enter

Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except anyone involved in running WN7 FEST and their immediate families. One entry per person. Entries made by agents, in bulk, or by automated means will not be counted. By entering you confirm that you are 18 or over and resident in the UK.

3.How to enter

Leave a review of WN7 FEST 2026 at Leigh Miners Welfare, or of the WN7 FEST Garden Party in August 2026, using the form at wn7-fest.co.uk/competition. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. You are entered for leaving a review, whatever it says. We do not require a positive review and your chance of winning does not depend on what you write.

4.Opening and closing dates

The draw opens on 7 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Monday 30 November 2026. Entries received after that time will not be counted. We cannot accept responsibility for entries that fail to reach us.

5.The prize

One VIP Family Weekend Pass to WN7 FEST 2027, admitting two adults and two children to both Country Music Day on Friday 11 June 2027 and the Family Festival on Saturday 12 June 2027 at Leigh Miners Welfare. The pass includes access to the VIP bar and VIP toilet facilities. Face value £125.

There is one prize and one winner. There is no cash alternative, the prize is not transferable, and it cannot be exchanged for tickets to another event. If the festival cannot take place, we will offer the equivalent pass for the next edition.

6.How the winner is chosen and told

The winner will be picked at random from all valid entries within seven days of the closing date, with no regard to what any review says. We will contact the winner by email within 14 days of the closing date, using the address given on the entry form. If we cannot reach the winner within 14 days of first contacting them, we reserve the right to draw again.

The first name and town of the winner can be requested by writing to us through the contact form at wn7-fest.co.uk/contact.

7.Reviews, permission and publication

The entry form asks separately whether you are happy for us to publish your review. That question is optional and ticking it is not a condition of entry. If you tick it, we may publish your review, your first name and your town on the WN7 FEST website and on our social media accounts. We will not publish your surname, your email address or any other detail.

We may choose which reviews to publish and we may shorten a review for length, but we will never change what it says. If you change your mind, contact us and we will remove it.

8.Incentivised reviews

Reviews submitted through this draw were written by people entered into a prize draw. Where we publish them, we say so.

9.Your data

When you enter we collect your name, email address, town, your review and the IP address the entry was sent from. We use your email address to contact you if you win, your review and town for the purposes described above, and the IP address only to detect duplicate or automated entries.

Entries are held until 31 January 2027 and then deleted, except where you have given permission to publish a review, in which case we keep that review and your first name and town for as long as it is published. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own purposes. We use a third-party email provider to receive and send messages on our behalf, and they process your entry only to deliver it to us. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you sign up separately. You can ask us to delete your entry at any time through the contact form.

10.General

By entering you accept these terms. We may cancel or amend the draw if something outside our control makes it necessary, and we will say so on this page if we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
